The Lean To House
The Lean To House is the most recently renovated and re-built cottage at Torr Vale Mill.
This property was originally the old store room, which as it implies was used to store a variety of items required by the cotton mill. It was demolished in the 2000s due to deterioration and rebuilt in 2021 and is currently going through it's final stages before opening.
With it's modern amenities, it has a lovely full corridor length of windows which face the main mill and look over the courtyard. The bedrooms at the back look onto a lovingly landscaped area from which you can listen to the sounds of the river and nature at it's best. With a fully equipped modern kitchen and lounge area to relax in, this is somewhere you can restore your energy and create fond memories for the future.
