The ground floor has been beautifully converted into five individual office spaces, all underfloor heated and with access to a communal kitchen and seating area. Ample parking is available with fantastic views overlooking the River Goyt from each office.

The offices have been renovated to include as much of the industrial architecture as possible, such as the barrel vaulted ceilings and cast iron columns and beams. They also all have access to a kitchen, break out areas and toilet facilities (inc. disabled facilities).  Sited in such a scenic location, with direct transport links to Manchester and Sheffield just across the river, this makes a truly fantastic setting.

Our current tenants include B&M Bargains Ltd. and Cambridge Risk Ltd.  You will also benefit from a friends and family discount at the Cheese Wheel, an artisan cheese, craft beer and natural wine shop on-site.  With the addition of The Shrub Club in late 2019, this offers an extra bonus to the location of the offices with an assortment of wines, beers (some sourced from local breweries), cocktails, teas and coffees available from 11am, seven days a week.
