The Clocking In House
As the name suggests, this historic cottage was where over the centuries, the mill workers would report to clock in for work. This one bedroom property has the original office partitions and there’s still a punching in clock in the kitchen!
The clocking in house has the feel of an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area despite being separated by the original office patricians. It's been carefully restored and refurbished to a great standard with light colours and soft furnishings to provide that comfort after a day exploring the local area.
In the sitting room you'll find a TV and books for your use and every property has wi-fi included and the bedroom features the original fireplace with a sumptuous double bed and storage for your belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a steamy hot shower.
The Clocking In House also accommodates one well behaved dog. If you are bringing your dog please just let us know and we'll provide them with a basket and food/water bowls. We ask that you provide blankets please.
